Kennedy, recently disclosed a memorable line he pitched for "Resident Evil Requiem" that was ultimately excluded from the final game. This revelation came during a podcast discussion with fellow actors Ben Starr and Alanah Pearce. Apostolides had envisioned a particularly "priceless" quip for Leon during a battle with the Titan Spinner in Raccoon City.
The Unforgettable Cut Dialogue
The line, delivered in Leon's signature gruff voice, was: "You know, you’ve been a real itsy-bitsy pain in my ass." Apostolides expressed that, for what it's worth, this would have been his absolute favorite line in the entire game. Both Pearce and Starr, along with numerous online commenters, enthusiastically agreed on its potential impact, with one user on X remarking, "This would have been freaking incredible." Capcom, however, opted for different dialogue, including phrases like, "You are a real pest, you know that?" and "I don’t have time for pest control."
