Collaborating with engineers from Masimo, he spent three years developing proprietary algorithms for the Signal Ring. Users can also take manual readings, with the system guiding them to ensure optimal conditions for accuracy. Tom Moss brings a wealth of experience from the tech industry, having been an early member of the Android team and co-founder of Nextbit. He emphasized that the Signal Ring will not feature a monthly subscription fee and will not incorporate AI directly into the device, though data can be exported for external analysis.
